Raising

Funds

for the

Lanreath

Youth

Project

The Lanreath Youth Project held a Jumble Sale on Saturday 5 September.  £130 was raised, which means they are very close to the £5,000 mark now.  Another £30,000 is needed to complete the project, which it is hoped will be possible with external funding - an application will be made soon.  The project would like to thank all those who continue to support this very important fund-raising venture

Photographs of the Christmas Fayre event held on Saturday 28 November at the Lanreath Village Hall, organized jointly by the Lanreath Community Association and the Lanreath Youth Project.
The cake, kindly donated by Mrs Filton, was auctioned off, raising £9
The event was well attended, despite the appalling weather, with everybody enjoying themselves, especially the youth of the village, and in particular Parish Councillor Eileen Lee, who thought she would pose as a young girl, and even ended up sitting on Santa’s knee - pity we missed having a picture of that Eileen!!
